Dainhen Butler is a dedicated mentor, speaker, and counselor with over 15 years of experience in emotional intelligence, anger management, and conflict resolution. His journey from incarceration to becoming a leading advocate for youth empowerment and personal transformation is a testament to his resilience and commitment to positive change.
After serving a 10-year sentence, Dainhen turned his life around by focusing on helping others, particularly those with a history of incarceration, regulate their emotions and make responsible choices. As the founder of WeManageAngerIQ.com, he provides support in various settings, including schools, prisons, churches, and youth organizations. He is a certified anger management specialist, multi-business owner, author, and father.
Dainhen facilitates numerous intervention and mentoring programs, including Chess Not Checkers, The D.A.M.N. Plan, and We Manage AngerIQ, focusing on emotional intelligence and positive decision-making skills to help people grow. He works regionally by Dekalb County Juvenile Court, AmeriCorps, Georgia Department of Corrections, and Morehouse Urban League, among others.
Committed to reducing recidivism, he actively employs at-risk and formerly incarcerated individuals, offering them mentorship, hope, and rehabilitation. While contributing to community initiatives that promote peace and rehabilitation.
